XR Mouthguards is an Essex based dental laboratory located in Benfleet, specialising in mouth appliances.
XR Mouthguards serves surrounding areas and nationwide with an excellent postal service as well as excellent prices, which are hard to beat with my experience/quality materials used!
I have over 20 years experience as a Dental Technician in all aspects of dental technology and all work is produced from start to finish by myself. Ensuring my high standards are maintained throughout the production process.
Most Mouthguards and polymers are made by the apprentice in most laboratories, to me they are as important as an implant job to me!

My custom-made mouth guards are moulded to fit your patients teeth and will offer the best protection.
All appliances are formed using "The Leading" Forming Machines, pressure formed to 6 bar! (so fits perfectly) and vacuumed formed machines for certain Polymers.
